Refund Policy
Last updated: March 2026
01. Nature of Services
Hakolkal provides custom software development services billed on a Time & Materials (T&M) basis. Because each engagement involves unique, non-transferable work performed specifically for the client, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional services rather than physical goods.
02. Non-Refundable Work
All hours billed and paid are non-refundable. Once work has been performed and invoiced, the corresponding payment compensates for professional time and expertise already rendered. This applies regardless of whether the client chooses to continue the engagement.
In the event of early termination, the client remains obligated to pay for all billable hours worked up to the termination date, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
03. Quality Commitment
Hakolkal is committed to delivering high-quality work. If a defect or bug is identified in code delivered by Hakolkal and is directly attributable to our implementation, we will remediate the issue at no additional charge, provided the defect is reported within 30 days of delivery.
This commitment does not apply to issues arising from third-party services, client-side modifications, infrastructure changes, or evolving requirements after delivery.
04. Billing Disputes
If you believe an invoice contains an error, you must raise the dispute in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. Undisputed portions of invoices remain due within the standard payment terms. Late-raised disputes will not be accepted as grounds for withholding payment.
05. Contact
For any questions regarding this policy or to raise a billing dispute, please contact us via the form on this site. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
06. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any related dispute.
