Web app development, from first sketch to production
I design and build custom web applications for startups and businesses: SaaS platforms, client portals, marketplaces, dashboards and e-commerce storefronts. You talk directly to the engineer writing the code, from the first call to the handover.
What I build
Full-stack web platforms with user accounts, payments, admin back offices and integrations with the tools you already use. Marketing sites and landing pages that load fast and rank. Custom Shopify storefronts written by hand, without a page builder. Internal tools that replace spreadsheets and manual work.
The stack
React and Next.js on the front end, Node.js and Firebase on the back end, TypeScript where the project benefits from it. Proven tools with large communities, so any developer can pick up the code after me. Hosting on Firebase, Vercel or your own infrastructure.
Multilingual and right to left
Many of my projects run in English, French and Hebrew, with true right-to-left layouts rather than mirrored afterthoughts. Search engine basics are built in from day one: per-language URLs, hreflang, structured data and sitemaps.
How a project runs
It starts with a short call to scope the first version. You get a written plan, then working builds you can click through as the project moves. Billing is time and materials, reported transparently, and full ownership of the custom code transfers to you on final payment.

Breslev Radio
Spiritual platform for Breslev teachings featuring continuous audio streaming, inspirational quotes, community chat, a Tikoun Haklali reader and a donation system. The web app is built with React, Vite and Firebase (moved off Create React App), with locked-down Firestore rules, an accessible Material-UI theme and Resend for transactional mail. A companion native app, built with Expo and React Native, brings live radio with lock-screen controls, a sleep timer, Shabbat candle-lighting and havdalah times, Tikoun Haklali and Rabbi Nahman readers, a Hitbodedout timer and email sign-in.
Questions
- Can you take over an existing web app?
- Yes. I start with an audit of the code, the hosting and the open issues, then propose what to fix first. Most of my ongoing work is evolving products that are already live.
- Do you build the design too?
- Yes, for most projects I handle the interface design as well as the code. If you already have a designer or a Figma file, I build from it.
