AI consulting studio co-founded with Francky Perez, built around AI-powered business transformation: find where AI creates measurable value, put the right solution into production, then keep it performing. The offer is a fixed-price ladder with no open-ended engagement: a two-day AI Opportunity Scan that ranks three opportunities by economic value, feasibility and risk and quotes each one, an AI Performance Audit for wider problems, and an Implementation that puts one eligible process into production in 14 days, on the client's own accounts with the code in their repository, followed by post-launch support and optional Managed AI. The site itself is a Next.js static export on Firebase Hosting with English and French pages, structured data, a professional-services sector page and a contact form on EmailJS.
